CallOut WMS is operated by Xegen Ltd, registered in Scotland (company number SC745778). We are the data controller for information collected through this service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, phone, business name and payment details when you register or subscribe.

Business data: customers, jobs, invoices, quotes and related information you enter into the Service.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and feature usage for analytics and security.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails (invoices, verification, billing); prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery). We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for 6 years).

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; object to processing; withdraw consent.

7. Cookies

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and account isolation to protect your data. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel.
