Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CallOut WMS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
CallOut WMS provides job scheduling, customer management, invoicing and team management software on a subscription basis ("the Service").
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are as displayed at the time of registration. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must add a payment method to continue using the Service.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You may request deletion of all your data at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xegen Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
